I have been working as a professional salesman now for the last 8 years. I have no problem speaking to people either over the phone or face to face. I am extremely honest, a great team player and very good at customer service.
After years of working in sales, I wanted to get myself a trade. So after spending months doing my research I decided on domestic appliance repairs. Something that I can take apart, find the fault and repair or replace it making it work again.
Why Appliance repairs? I want to be in control of what I am doing, with the job satisfaction of knowing that I fixed the customers fault and got the machine working again. Still giving me the ability to sell additional products and services, but knowing the buck lies with me face to face with the customer.
I recently got trained in Domestic Appliance repairs, with a company called Dixon training the longest running course of its kind in the UK over 30 years. I got myself booked onto and completed the Domestic Appliance Service Engineer course with Dixon training in Barnsley. I picked this course after finding out it was created by Graham Dixon the guy who wrote the Haynes manuals on home appliances so he must know his stuff.
So as of this week I am now offering call outs for diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models of Washing machines, tumble dryers, Dishwashers and Electric Ovens.
I promise to always be honest and upfront about my prices and the repairs needed.
Available between 9am – 9pm for call outs.
