Why do we have a Call out fee? We believe in being open, honest and upfront about everything we do.

Once one of our engineers have quoted the job, it is then up to you to decide if you want to continue with the cost of repairs or not.
If the machine is uneconomical to repair, we will just charge £50 for call out.

Repair cost £65

For 90% of all repairs we charge £65 for the repair plus Parts.

unless it is Washing Machine Bearings or drum change then it is £130
To replace the bearings or drum on a washing machine, it is £130 as we completely strip down the machine and rebuild it.
